Chania Airport (55km)

Coming from Chania Airport, take the national road to Rethymno. When you reach Spili exit, turn right, after 50 meters turn right again, and go ahead for 300 meters until you see the Knossos Estate sign on your right hand and then follow it.

Heraklion Airport (75km)

Coming from Heraklion Airport, take the national road to Rethymno. When you reach the Rethymnon city sign at Spili exit, turn right and take the exit towards Rethymno, after 50 meters, turn left onto Epar. Odos Rethimou-Agias Galinis, pass under the bridge. After 300 meters on your right hand side you will see the Knossos Estate sign and follow it.

Rethymno (2km)

The center of the town is very close to the villa. You can find shops, cafes, restaurants, nightlife and all facilities. You can enjoy Rethymno beach as well as a walk to the old town or a visit to the Venetian fortress.

Knossos Estate is a private resort consisting of two separate twin villas, Villa Ariadni and Villa Pasifai.

The resort was built according to the principles of luxury, natural beauty, combining traditional and modern material, for your absolute relaxation. A luxury villa is the ideal holiday solution for groups of friends, families with children, or anyone seeking a private escape!

Each villa composes of two floors. In total, each house includes 7 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bedrooms with twin beds ) all with balcony’s views of the garden, the pool, the Mediterranean Sea and the town of Rethymnon. All the bedrooms are very spacious and air-conditioned. In addition, there are 6 spacious bathrooms (2 of them ensuite, 1 suitable for guests on wheelchairs).

Moreover, on each floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. On the ground floor there is also a large and comfortable living room. All rooms are generously sized and fully equipped so as to satisfy your needs and desires.

The villas are suitable and properly equipped to accommodate young kids and guests on wheelchairs.

Finally our special services include continental breakfast served each morning, massage sessions and private chief upon request. Events are allowed at the villa.

The two villas of the resort are twin, identical (interior and exterior). They are separated with fences and tall trees as well as a large pathway. Each villa disposes of its own private pool, garden, playground and bbq area.

Nevertheless, for larger groups ( more than 20 guests) we can unlock the doors of the fences and connect the two villas.

We can assure that you will find everything you might need in our resort during your private escape!
